Your baby at 37 weeks

At 37 weeks the baby is considered early term. It is practicing breathing, sucking, and grasping, and continues adding fat and fine-tuning coordination. The lungs and brain keep maturing.

How you might feel

You may feel lightening as the baby drops lower into the pelvis, easing breathing but adding pelvic pressure.

This week's tip: Review the signs of labor and know when to head to your birth location.
