General information, not medical advice. Every pregnancy is different — bring questions to your OB or midwife.

Your baby at 15 weeks

The fetus can sense light even though the eyes are still fused shut, and bones continue to harden. The legs are now longer than the arms, and the fetus makes lots of practice movements.

How you might feel

Nasal congestion and slightly bleeding gums can occur due to increased blood flow.

This week's tip: Schedule your mid-pregnancy anatomy ultrasound, usually done between 18 and 22 weeks.
