The Sleepi is the heirloom splurge: an oval European-beech crib on lockable casters that grows from a mini bassinet (with the Sleepi Mini) to a crib, then a toddler bed, then a junior bed with the extension kit. That system-based longevity is unmatched, and the rounded shape plus wheels make it easy to move room to room. It meets US safety standards, but you pay dearly, and nearly every stage requires buying add-on kits and Stokke's oval-specific mattresses.
