The Natural Response nipple is the story here: it releases milk only when the baby actively sucks, which paces the feed and cuts down on the gulping that causes gas. Wide and simple to assemble, with an enormous accessory range and sane pricing. Not as tank-soft as Comotomo, but the best all-rounder for the money.
