Two bassinets side by side make it one of the better true-twin-from-birth options, the ride is plush, and it's built like a tank. What you pay for all that is, well, a lot — this is the most expensive frame here by a wide margin, accessories are premium-priced, and it's heavy and hefty to lift into a trunk.
